Art Nouveau Ruby Crystal Brooch with C-Clasp

Description

This Faux Ruby Colored Crystal brooch bears all the marks of an art nouveau piece, particularly with the flowing lines and natural motif. A large ruby-colored glass stone is set in a rounded square-shaped fashion in the center of the brooch, and is surrounded by beautiful leaves, and tendrils small flower are worked into textured brass edging. The ornate shaped oval frame is curved in the center and at the sides for a very dimensional effect.

The brooch measures nearly 3" across by 2-1/16". C-hook clasp.

Flaws

There are no significant chips or cracks to the stone, just a few very tiny fleabites and very minor scratches visible under a magnifier. The pin stem is Straight. This is in Excellent vintage condition.
