Custom Hand-Knit Blue Feather and Fan Wave Shawl

Description

This is a unique custom-designed hand knitted shawl. The feather and fan wave pattern is formed by selective stiches to ensure that the stitches are visually symmetrical on both sides of the wave designs. The border stitches create stability for the shape. Images show enlarged detail of the stitch pattern on the front and back sides. This is a D & P Creations original design and hand knitted. Item has been stored in our pet-free and smoke-free home. The custom knit pattern for this item is also available for purchase separately (PDF) format.

Premier Serenity 23 aqua yarn, 55% nylon and 45% acrylic

Size or Measurements

Approximately 16 x 70 inches. Weight = approximately 18 ounces.

Flaws

This is a custom hand-knitted item; inconsistencies in stitch size and shawl shape are not flaws.
